Download Link Reset

In the event your download links expire and you still need to download the items you purchased, you will need to pay a small fee to have the download links reset. For years I have not charged for link resetting however, as more and more customers are placing large orders and then "forgetting" to get everything downloaded in the 28-day time frame I find that I am spending a LOT of my time resetting links. I wish it were as simple as clicking a single button but, I have to manually click on each individual link in an order to reset it. I am sure you can imagine how time consuming this can be for a large order -- and I get, on average, a dozen or more link reset requests per week.

So, beginning September 1, 2012, there will be a $10.00 Link Reset Fee PER ORDER for any order that needs to be reset. No matter what the reason - you forgot to download, you didn't know they expired, you forgot to back up your files and your hard drive crashed, etc.

Simply add this item to your cart, once for each order you need the links reset on, and in the comments box during checkout list your order number(s). Please allow 48-72 hours for your links to be reset. You will receive an email when the links are active again so that you can download your items.
